Restaurateur Zorawar Kalra brings Masala Library to Delhi. In a vlog with Karan Bhardwaj, he talks about following his passion and father Jiggs Kalra’s legacy

There are new restaurants opening almost every weekend but Delhi was certainly looking forward to this one. Masala Library, after tantalising taste buds of Mumbai folks for three years, has finally come to the national capital with its out-of-the-box services. Zorawar Kalra, the man behind the restaurant, spoke to Born of Web exclusively about the expansion plans. He stated that the Delhi outlet is totally different from Mumbai in terms of food and interiors. The place is also being dubbed as the ‘first subcontinental restaurant’ with dishes from India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Maldives . In our conversation, Kalra insisted on the 14 course tasting menu which is ‘calorie and portion control’. We will definitely gorge on that we go for the review!
