Isn’t it disgusting how some men unabashedly mock women and their bodies online? So what could possibly the best remedy to teach such nerds a strong lesson? Ask model Radhika Bopaiah, who gave a befitting reply to one of her trolls, who may not even think of ridiculing a woman ever again in his life. Last weekend, the emerging model, who’s taking part in Kingfisher Supermodel 3, was trolled on Facebook by a guy named Arijit Choudhury.

Mr Choudhury posted a status saying, “Who the duck is Radhika Bopaiah and why her boobs are on NDTV?” In the following comments, he went on to call her a transgender, who’s done a ‘boob job’. More disgusting was a comment by another guy who discussed ‘soft and squishy’ breasts.

All they craved for outraging a woman’s dignity on Facebook were a few laughs’ (check photo above).

Being a sporty girl, Radhika posted the screenshots of these nasty comments on her profile with a message, “For anyone out there who’s hating on another individual’s body image sitting behind the comfort of a screen, I most definitely cried my heart out while I was getting my hair and make up done to fulfill my dreams. ?
I’m here because I have aims, I thrive on winning, I have a life. You’re there because you thrive on hate and beating down others. Self loathing never helped nobody, Learn to Love Yourself. Don’t waste your life criticizing behind a screen. Stop making a fool out of yourself at this age. Find something better to do, achieve your own goals, experience what it really feels like to grow up. If anyone else is unhappy with me or my body being on tv, please learn to change the channel. Remotes exist for a reason (sic).”

Moments later, Mr Chaudhary deleted his Facebook status. Radhika, who found support in abundance on her page, decided to close the matter then and there. Thankfully, her action made one of the trolls realise his mistake, who even apologised for making such brainless comments.
