It was a romantic affair at the runway as Mandira Wirk unveiled her range of pret wear for spring-summer’17. We couldn’t take our eyes off Nimrat as she raised the bar walking down the ramp in a pastel gown and a dreamy cape. “I am a romantic at heart and I love capes,” says the actress. She added that she likes to experiment with her clothes and picks up the ones that flatter her body type.

Key elements of the collection include modern details like wide pockets and deep waistbands paired with layers of tiered ruffles, french knots and sheer detailing for a hint of romance. Mandira Wirk combines the femininity of timeless period pieces with the classic trends of the 80s. The collection includes a diverse range of silhouettes, with paneled anarkalis, floor sweeping bell bottoms, jackets & capes, crop tops, jumpsuits, tapered trousers, along side signature Mandira Wirk styles like drape saris and dhoti pants.
