Kangana Ranaut draws inspiration from Venice in her second installment of three limited edition collections for high-street fashion brand VERO MODA
Controversies may be taking away much of her time but fashion diva Kangana Ranaut took out time on Saturday to launch European high-street fashion brand VERO MODA’s standalone store at the newly opened DLF Mall of India in Noida. The actor also unveiled the second of three limited edition collections for the brand on the occasion.
Talking about Venice Cruise, the second collection designed by her, Kangana revealed,”It is inspired by the city of Venice, which is beautiful in its own unique way. I think it is very cool to draw inspiration not just from people, era, or music, but to draw inspirations from destinations like Venice as well.”
Looking a total stunner in a stylish skirt and peplum top, she said, “I have been associated with this fast-fashion brand for over a year and have created two collections exclusively for them. VERO MODA is a brand that represents my personal sense of style very closely. I am confident that this VERO MODA store in DLF Mall of India, will give the women of Noida the opportunity to buy trendy clothes and follow fashion on their own terms too.”
Kangana has been all over the internet and news since the past few weeks due to her legal feud with actor Hrithik Roshan. She was recently trolled on Twitter with the hashtag #Fakefeminism and an open letter which termed her as the ‘Misleading Queen of Feminism’ received positive reviews on the platform.
Expectedly, the actress refused to answer any personal questions.
Located on the ‘International Boulevard’ on the ground level of the mall, the VERO MODA store is spread across an impressive 4000 sq. ft. and houses the latest trends from the brands’ SS’16 campaign. The store’s innovative layout and visual merchandizing put its #TRENDYVEROMODA campaign at centrestage.
