It was an unusual sight when she arrived on the ramp at the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week. Fashionistas and shutterbugs in the attendance, who are used to watching skinny models in designer clothes, were surprised to find Gracias strutting around with her baby bump!

The model has taken the Internet by storm by breaking conventional rules set for the runway models. She was walking for designer Gaurang Shah, who paid a tribute to the traditional textiles from the 11th century. The collection was a juxtapose of traditional jamdani weaving tailored to silhouettes from the royal India in 1920s.
