Befikre actor and fashion designer Rina Dhaka urge women to speak up against molestation and embarrass perpetrators on social media. By Karan Bhardwaj
Ever since an anonymous blog has gone viral accusing The Viral Fever founder Arunabh Kumar of molestation, several women have come forward narrating their horrifying experience of working with the company’s owner. The debate has further spiralled into the ignored subject of molestation and humiliation of women at workplaces. We got a chance to speak with Befikre actor Vaani Kapoor and well-known fashion designer Rina Dhaka at the Honor show, a part of the ongoing Amazon India Fashion Week-Autumn Winter 2017.
The actor as well as the designer spoke vehemently against the issue. While Vaani Kapoor urged women to speak up, Dhaka felt that women should use social media to shame and embarrass perpetrators.
