Diplomats can be fun too! Last evening, at the residence of Denmark’s Ambassador, Mr Freddy Svane, a fun get together was organised as @skagendenmark unveiled its latest jewelry collection. Of course, their watches are fabulous as ever. Everything Danish is super cheerful & positive, as demonstrated by the ambassador himself! Gatherings of diplomats are generally devoid of fun. But when the Danish Ambassador is your host, even a formal event turns into a party! Mr Freddy Svane along with his wife hosted the launch of Skagen’s latest jewellery collections at his official residence, and made sure everybody returned ‘happy’ and ‘smiling’. After all, Denmark, for a reason, tops the ‘happiness’ list almost every year. “We are the ambassadors of happiness,” said the diplomat gleefully as he indulged in freewheeling conversations with his guests i.e., scribes, bloggers and digital influencers.

Besides booze and food, guests were busy checking out the latest designs of jewellery and watches by Skagen. Indeed, they look quirky, simple & fucntional. Look at the images on our Instagram posts! Indian designer Suket Dhir was also spotted engaging with some origami art. But what really had our heart was bakery station by ‘Mad Batter By Tanvi’. Some fabulous cakes and puddings were on display, signifying an early call to Christmas.
