Check out our visit to Padmanabham, the new hub for South Indian delicacies and street food!
There’s no dearth of staple South Indian food in Delhi. At every nook and corner, you have more than one eatery offering regular dosas and idli. But there are only a handful of outlets which can claim to offer authentic taste of the native dishes. One such newly-opened place is Padmanabham. Located at Janpath, Delhi, this restaurant has got everything to win hearts of foodies.
What I liked about this place is its rotational menu inspired by different regions of South India. Each day of the week offers you fresh Bhojanam from states like Kerala, Andhra Pradesh or Tamil Nadu.
Another highlight of Padmanabham is its special menu of street food, a sweet and spicy reminder of previously stationed restaurant Masala Trail. Those who have frequented the area are aware of now-closed Masala Trail, known for its street food delicacies. Hence, you have two reasons to hit Padmanabham right now!
